1. Purpose 

The Learning Resources Group (TLRG) is committed to protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information entrusted to us. This policy outlines our high-level commitment to information security for clients, partners, and stakeholders. 

2. Scope 

This statement applies to all TLRG services, systems, and processes that support our operations, including our SaaS platforms and associated client services. 

3. Commitment to Information Security 

TLRG leadership ensures that: 
- Information security is aligned with our business objectives and strategic direction. 
- Legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements (including the Privacy Act 1988 and the Notifiable Data Breaches Scheme) are satisfied. 
- Risk management, monitoring, and continual improvement are built into our systems and processes. 
- Resources are allocated to maintain secure, resilient, and reliable services. 
- All staff and contractors are aware of their responsibilities for safeguarding information. 

4. Information Security Objectives 

Our objectives are to: 
1. Maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets. 
2. Protect client data from unauthorised access, alteration, or loss. 
3. Ensure continuity of service for clients and partners. 
4. Continually improve our information security management system (ISMS). 

5. Governance and Review 

This policy is approved by TLRG’s Chief Executive Officer and is subject to periodic review to ensure it remains current and effective. Updates will be published as required.
